Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information evolved.to collects when you use our website, dashboard and API, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep as little as we can.

Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address, your display name if you give one, and whether your email is verified. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, which stores your password in hashed form; we never see it.
  • Orders: the credit pack you choose, its price, the order status and the payment reference. Crypto payments are processed on a hosted checkout by NOWPayments; we never receive wallet credentials.
  • Support messages you send us by email or Telegram.

What we do not collect

  • API keys. Your key is sent to your email once your payment is confirmed. We do not keep a copy in our database, and our servers never log keys or authorization headers.
  • Prompts and responses. Our servers pass API requests through without storing their content.
  • Chat history. Conversations in the dashboard chat are saved only in your own browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
  • The website uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use information

  • To create your account, process your orders and deliver your API key.
  • To serve your API requests with the model you choose.
  • To provide support and to prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To send service emails, such as payment confirmations.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers, each only for its part of the service:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting this website and our API.
  • Google Firebase Authentication, for sign-in.
  • NOWPayments, for crypto checkout.
  • Resend, for sending service emails.
  • Infrastructure and model providers, which process the content of your API requests to generate responses. They may keep request data for a limited time for abuse monitoring, under their own policies.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data unless we must keep it by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email info@evolved.to and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. For material changes we will also notify account holders by email.
